2. MACHINE COMPOSITION
Pos.1 1. Fil-GH300V automatic beam welding machine with variable moove
Equipped with the following:
- electric height adjustment of the whole machine
- integrated bracket for expansion devices
- integrated mechanical unwinding device
Beam height infinitely adjustable from 70-300mm.
Welding at the level of the upper flange from HP 8 mm diameter and beam height 110mm.
Step 190 to 210mm.
Base width 75mm (Special base widths through expansion).
Wires are fed from coils and individually adjustable pulley dressings equaled to 2 levels.
The dressing blocks are individually adjustable to the wire diameter.
A hand crank can be fitted on one of the leveling rollers for inserting wire into the machine.
Hydraulically driven bending station for forming diagonals.
Bending pin diameter 22mm.
Mechanical feed with hydraulic clamping of all wires.
The welding electrodes are hydraulically operated. Round reusable welding electrodes.
Hydraulically operated expansion device for expansion beam widths up to max. 100mm (center of the lower flange - upper flange). Switchable and switchable. Console for the counter-holder is integrated in the welding part.
Automatic length measurement.
Cutting with hydraulic shears.
